Vendor Fee
$85 + Tax
per space (HST applies)

Space is limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
- 1A 6-ft table and two chairs are provided by the organizer. Vendors need not bring their own table.
- 2Vendor fee is $85 + Tax per space, payable upon approval.
- 3Setup begins at 9:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up by 10:45 AM. No early teardown before 3:30 PM.
- 4A 70% refund is available for cancellations made before November 8, 2026. No refunds will be issued on or after November 8, 2026.
- 5All products sold must be family-appropriate.
- 6Vendors are responsible for their own table linens, signage, and display items.
- 7The organizer reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.
- 8By submitting an application, vendors agree to comply with all event rules and venue policies.
