Vendor Terms & Conditions
- 1This registration is for a booth space only. Tables, chairs and display equipment are not provided.
- 2Vendors must bring their own table, chair(s), tablecloth, displays, signage, racks, equipment and all materials required to operate their setup.
- 3Everything must remain within the allocated booth space unless additional space has specifically been approved.
- 4Vendor fee is $80 + HST per day for the selected package and is payable upon approval.
- 5No sale of jewelry or food items is permitted at this event.
- 6Setup must be completed before mall opening each day. Vendors must remain set up during mall hours for all days covered by their selected package.
- 7Requesting electricity does not guarantee availability. If approved, the vendor must bring their own appropriate extension cord and/or power bar.
- 8All products sold must be family-appropriate.
- 9The organizer reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.
- 10By submitting an application, vendors agree to comply with all event rules and mall policies.
🎄 Refund Policy: 80% refund up to November 21, 2026 (4 weeks before the event), no refunds after.
